Shipping & Returns


Shipping to USA & Canada is FREE. We typically ship using USPS Priority Flat Rate Box, which takes 2-3 days. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and we care about our customers. We want you to be happy. So, if for any reason, you are unhappy with the jewelry you receive, you can return it up to 30 days from the date you purchased it for a full purchase price refund as long as the item is still in excellent, salable condition. CUSTOM, SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.

To ensure your refund goes smoothly, merchandise must be packaged in the same or similar manner as it was received: in a shipping box—not envelope—with plenty of packing paper or bubble-wrap to secure it. We will email you an update once we receive and evaluate the returned merchandise.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

If, upon returning an item, you see something else you’d like or decide you'd like to place a custom order, we will issue a store credit minus the shipping fee. Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of the original purchase.

Some credit card companies and banks may take up to a month before posting refund credits. If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return after the returned item is received and evaluated. If the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend you use a trackable shipping service such as USPS Priority and ship item with adequate insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
